  - GPS-based location data to detect building entry using a radius defined within the software.
  - Names or identifiers of buildings entered.
- Room Activity Data:
  - Timestamp of room entry and exit using room-specific QR code scans.
  - Time spent cleaning each room.
  - Time spent on specific cleaning tasks within a room.
- Remote Assistance Data:
  - Times when remote assistance is requested.
  - Duration of each remote assist session.
  - Identity of the trainer who provided remote assistance during the session.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

- Deliver accurate, location-aware training experiences.
- Track room-level cleaning performance and task activity.
- Provide audit trails and compliance documentation for supervisors and employers.
- Support real-time training interactions and ensure accountability of remote assistance.
- Deliver app content in the appropriate language based on pre-set user configuration.
- Provide an analytics dashboard for the user's employer to view performance metrics and verify work performed based on dates, buildings, rooms, and employee activity.
- Manage per-device licensing using the Apple UDID to ensure each installation complies with licensing terms and to detect unauthorized device use.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information may be shared with:

- Authorized Employers or Supervisors: For training oversight, compliance, and performance monitoring.
